放入光盘，在bios里面设置从光盘启动。

出现引导画面

全中文安装开始
选中 “安装” 回车

出现语言选择画面，由于刚刚已经在引导画面选择了中文，所以这个时候已经默认选中中文简体了，下一步吧。

接受许可协议。

安全级别的选择这里选择标准，其他的选项自己看一下好了，不过好像只有有mandriva这个选项呀。

开始分区了

选择 自定义磁盘分区

单击空白部分。
然后选择新建。

先建立swap吧 这里选择 linux swap

设置大小，这里分了304M，其实我自己感觉，个人使用的电脑swap分太多没有用，根本无需是内存的两倍，服务器就另说了。

建立根/分区
一般安装linux就swap和/就可以了。

分好以后点击“完成”，出现警告，确定吧

分区完成以后开始格式化。

检测安装需要的光盘
其中i18n cd，片面上的编号是CD4，是多国语言支持。

开始选择软件包吧，mandriva的这个几个分类还是很好的。如果需要更加详细的定制，请选中“选择单个软件包”。

正式的安装开始了。

换盘，安装提示换指定的CD好了。

需要注意的是，这个时候提示的i18n，它的编号是CD4。

安装完软件包了，进入设置阶段，先设置root（根用户）口令。

为了安全起见还要再添加其他的用户，添加完所有的用户，点“接受”，然后点击“下一步”。[img]http://www.lcuc.org/modules/phpbb/files/mandriva_install_2007_22_241.jpg[/img]
只有点击 完成 才会出现 “下一步”。

计算机开始配置你的系统。

这里是配置完成用户的概要，哪里不满意可以更改。

终于安装完成了，庆祝一下。

安装完成的时候点击“高级”。

出现“生成自动安装软盘”，呵呵这个意思用的到的都明白吧。

重启以后的引导画面。

附Award BIOS的设置

附Award BIOS的设置，也许对一些朋友有用，这些也是前辈照的。其他BIOS设定方式大致相同。

在安装前，我们必须先进入 BIOS 的设定画面，将开机的顺序设定为光驱优先引导。


步骤 1
开启计算机，按 Delete 键，进入 BIOS 设定画面。

步骤 2
利用方向键选择 Advanced BIOS Features 项，按 Enter 键，进入下一层选单。

步骤 3
设定优先开机的装置
利用方向键，选择 First Boot Device 项，按 Enter 键。

步骤 4
设定 CD-ROM 为优先引导。
①选择 CDROM ，然后按下 Enter 键。
②按 Esc 键返回 BIOS 主画面。

步骤 5
储存并离开 BIOS 设定画面。
①利用方向键选择 Save & Exit Setup 项，并 Enter 键。
②按 Y 键，然后再按 Enter 键储存并结束 BIOS 的设定，重新启动。

过程中可将 Mandriva Linux 光盘放入光驱中。
