C + + standard-unofficial list of revisions

     This document contains instructions for transforming the original C + + standard (ISO/IEC 14882:1998(E))
     into the revised version (ISO/IEC 14882:2003(E)) that will be issued in 2003.  It consists of a sequence of
     sections, each beginning with a header that describes a change to a specific portion of the C + + standard.
     Each such change contains a copy of the original text (unless the change is entirely an insertion) and the
     replacement text (unless the change is entirely a deletion).
     This document is mechanically generated from the same machine-readable text that is used to produce the
     revised standard itself.  Like all nontrivial pieces of software, the program that does this generation proba-
     bly contains errors.  If any such errors result in discrepancies between this document and the revised stan-
     dard, the revised standard should be considered authoritative.  Please inform the Project Editor at
     ark@research.att.com about any such discrepancies you might find.
